After three centuries of bloodshed, the war between Tarelan Republic and Aruan Empire ended in fragile peace. One of the remains of the war was a huge military zone in the Nakira solar system. The Tarelan command trained new mercenaries to fight against Aruans here. All the planets in the system were modified for the military needs. Tarelians built huge combat arenas were battle conditions of various environments were simulated. The arenas were supported with the network of satellites and gigantic orbital stations. Once the peace treaty was signed, the mammoth huge military zone lost its purpose.
Civilians had no use for it and the backward terramorphing would have been too costly. Thus, the system gradually became a desolate ruin.
