GarageGames today announced that their Torque engine now supports the iPhone. Torque for the iPhone SDK includes a a full-featured WYSIWYG realtime editor, easy integration with many 3D modeling packages, a powerful scripting language and more. All this, and you can develop your game on a PC and test your application on an iPhone emulation of your application using Apple's iPhone Developer SDK.

Candella Systems Ltd, Eipix Entertainment and Noviy Disk have announced a publishing agreement for Pyroblazer for the CIS countries. Pyroblazer is a futuristic combat racing game which will be available for the PC, Wii and PSP later this year. Set amidst the awe-inspiring locations of New Apeiron, players get the opportunity to race through a multitude of environments using a wide selection of anti-gravity craft known as Blazers. In their quest for glory, players can blast their way through the scorched valleys of Gnosis, the deserted cities of Haedra or the densely populated Underdome of Evelads. As the players fight their way through the championship, improved Blazers with better speed, handling and superior firepower become available. Players also have the ability to pick up weapon and ammo upgrades during the race, further enhancing their ability to land the killer blow. Pyroblazer for PC will be available in October 2008.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment today announced Watchmen, an episodic downloadable game aimed to capture the action and intrigue of the Watchmen feature film, directed by Zack Snyder, who previously helmed the blockbuster 300. The videogame based on Watchmen will go beyond the film and delve into the characters, rivalries and challenges in a mature action-brawler. The game provides gamers with visceral superhero combat as urban vigilantes Rorschach and Nite Owl. Watchmen will be available in 2009, for Xbox 360, PC and PS3.

IAHGames today revealed new information about FIFA Online 2, a game where you will build a football empire from scratch using real players and teams. Teams and coaches gain skill and experience through playing matches, trading and selling players, and purchasing premium items. FIFA Online 2 will enter its closed beta test in August, followed by a free open beta and full release (press 'read more' for details). Visit the official website to sign up for the closed beta test.

Deep Silver has released a new trailer for Secret Files: Tunguska for Wii and DS, a game based on the true but mysterious story of the 1908 Siberian explosion. Everybody could see it from a distance, but no one really knew what was going on. In the game, new secret documents are discovered which prove the meteorite theory wrong. You play as Nina (though there will be a second playable character), whose father, a scientist, has gone missing. Secret Files: Tunguska for Wii and DS will hit the store shelves this October.

Our S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky gallery has been updated with several screenshots, illustrating the official prequel to the survival FPS game S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl due to hit the store shelves on August 29, 2008. Developed by GSC Game World, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky is a survival FPS game for PC based on a 'what-if' scenario of the second Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant accident. The story of the game brings the players one year prior to the events of the original S.T.A.L.K.E.R. game in 2011. The protagonist is a mercenary who appeared at the edge of the opposition between stalker factions, Strelok and even the Zone itself. The main character will have to play the key role in the events, which led to creation of the Zone up to the point from which the original S.T.A.L.K.E.R. game begins.
