Activision has announced Secret Service, a game which will allow players to assume the role of an elite agent, tasked with protecting America's top leadership. The game features story and level design contributions by Daniel Arey, who previously worked on Uncharted, the Jak series and the Crash Bandicoot series (press 'read more' for details). Secret Service will be available for $39.99 on Xbox 360, $29.99 for PlayStation 2 computer entertainment system, and $19.99 for PC. The first six have been inserted in our gallery.

King's Bounty: The Legend Tales of Endoria Trailer #6

Nobilis has released a new trailer from King's Bounty: The Legend, showcasing this adventure with tactical turn-based battles and RPG elements unfolding in a rich fantasy world. The character and his army of companions travel across a huge continent, visiting dozens of different locations all connected to each other. While communicating with NPCs and fulfilling different tasks, the player controls their character in real-time mode and all battles take place in classic King's Bounty mode with a strong emphasis on turn-based tactical elements. Developed by Katauri Interactive, King's Bounty: The Legend, previously known as Battle Lord, is now available across North America and Europe. A playable demo can be found here.

Mythic Entertainment has announced that over 750,000 new players have registered since the launch of Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning - the game topped the PC sales charts around the world at launch, and is on track to be one of the best-selling PC games of 2008. Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning is an epic fantasy MMORPG featuring Realm vs. Realm game play that pits the armies of Order and Destruction against one another on the battlefield to determine the fate of nations. Hinterland Patch Released

Tilted Mill Entertainment has announced that the first patch for Hinterland is now available via Steam. The update includes two new character types, creature-specific item drops, expanded character customization choices when leveling, as well as miscellaneous balancing, pacing and usability improvements and refinements. We have a new batch of screenshots from Neopets Puzzle Adventure (working title), a new multi-platform puzzle adventure game for the Wii, DS and PC. Developed by Capcom and Infinite Interactive, developers of Puzzle Quest, Neopets Puzzle Adventure takes puzzle solving skills to new levels with a unique Neopets spin. Based on the classic board game, 'Reversi', Neopets Puzzle Adventure includes 150 different quests across vast Neopian lands, a variety of the most popular customizable Neopets to choose from, and several fun mini-games to add depth and fun to the gameplay. As a bonus to Neopets fans, players will be able to earn codes throughout the game that connect back to the Neopets site by achieving certain goals throughout the DS, Wii or PC game. These unique codes will allow players to unlock exclusive items back in their virtual world on neopets.com. Neopets Puzzle Adventure will be available this holiday season.

MLB Front Office Manager Announced

2K Sports announced the upcoming winter release of MLB Front Office Manager for the Xbox 360, PLAYSTATION 3 and PC. The game allows you to play the part of a real-life baseball GM who can develop a team from Spring Training through a full MLB season, into the playoffs and the World Series. MLB Front Office Manager also offers two game modes. Become the GM in Career Mode and manage a team through a 30 year career, as well as play in the Online Fantasy Mode where you can create an online head-to-head management experience. Valkyria Chronicles Demo Available via PSN

SEGA announced that a demo for Valkyria Chronicles is now available from the UK PSN, with the US version being distributed as a special download for Qore subscribers. SEGA also confirmed that the release date has recently moved up by 2 weeks. Valkyria Chronicles will now launch in PAL territories on October 31st.

Hot ‘n' Cold Announced

Majesco Entertainment announced Hot ‘n' Cold for the Nintendo DS, the first fully 3D hidden object game. The stylus lets players lift and throw objects out of the way in 50 multi-room levels in both indoor and outdoor 3D environments. Real world physics make the search for hidden items more dynamic and fun. Three different online multiplayer modes-Hide ‘n Seek, Find the Most and Race-let gamers create their own levels by hiding objects within rooms and then sending those levels to a friend who must discover the hidden objects. Hot ‘n' Cold will be released in early 2009.
